it's December fellas! the month of giving and celebrating and eating and shopping.. which ultimately means.. spending moolah!!! ack.. since it turned Dec on Sat, it's been raining clothings, shoes, accessories and fragrances! WhEEEeee~ haha.. of course, i've got lovely frenz who bought me my belated bday prezzies / X'mas prezzies too! X'mas comes early for me =]

first x'mas prezzie came from the crazy cute bubbly girl who sits beside me and cheers me up when i get a lil' uptight from the work. and cos our team felt tt though xmas was coming yet there were hardly any deco, the manager bought each of us red xmas hats and also a xmas tree to celebrate the season! =]

just nice when i met up with Rach tt night, she was also wearing red! heh.. had to take pix (>-<) as like all our meet ups, we hung out till late tho we had to work the next day. these chill out sessions make time pass faster during the weekdays but there are also times when i feel like just hopping onto Daddy's car and going back for some hot home-cooked food.. yum!

ahhh.. and i finally met up with dearest Xin for our long awaited shopping! wheee~ got a lift from Sis and Andrew who were going shopping too. oooh.. and her two purchases, or rather gifts, were a few times more than my 4 items i bought! but nope, i don't feel any less sinful tho.

after walking for hours, we finally had our dinner.. but had to squeeze in some last min shopping before we had to rush off to meet Rach! met her couz, Shirley, and played some guessing game before we came face to face with Rach's HK friend and his frenz. it turned out pretty well, and was real fun writing down chinese characters on serviettes since at times, we, the locals were unable to decipher what the others were talking abt and vice versa. it was real cool and we hung out till pretty late, cos i had intended to leave before midnight but stayed way past tt.

the topics we talked spanned far and wide. from work-related, to business, to future, family, horoscopes etc etc. oh and a good deal of it was spent focussed on me, on how i looked like this HK artiste Flora Chan Hui Shan 陈慧珊 . so everytime they reviewed a pic w me inside, they'd exclaim, "oh! i took a photo with Chen Hui Shan!" and would talk abt how they would sign me up if there were any celebrity lookalike show.. *diaoz* ha, oh well, finally checked online to see if they was any resemblence but still i didn't think so. but it was real nice to get in touch with strangers, and thru our culture differences, still be able to interact pretty well.Rach sure does bring ppl together and have fun when she's around! *winks* the girl rocks! well, Xin and I are really looking forward to going HK next yr, and it's good now that we know some of the local ppl there. let's see if Rach wants to join in too! ahhh.. nx yr.. what new surprises will it bring?
