me with the pretty pretty cat's eyed girls. eye candy for you guys(cover my face can le)! they were supposed to do 'funny faces' other than smiling prettily for the cam, but they couldn't do it. ended up seems like i was wildest one there. heh.. but clim was really crazeee! heh.. but i super enjoyed myself tt night =] weeets!

felt tt it was a pretty nice place tho heard lotsa ppl said it was frequented by uncles. hehe.. there were the younger-than-us group, young adults and the older generation. not totally just canto pop cos there were chinese songs and while the bands weren't jamming, it was clubbing english songs which i liked =p was pretty impressed by the singers and the dances and costume changes. drank quite a bit cos the guys like Martell and are really quite mad. but, i was still sane and sober till the end though i was red.. as usual.. BAH!

to support Keith from Reverie!! had talked for 3 yrs tt i'd go down to listen, cheer for him at Bala, Wala Wala etc but just nv got down to doing so. thus, decided to gather a few chill out kakis. he was nice in coming over to chit chat with the peeps to share some stories and also took an effort in remembering their names when we left! was q impressed cos some ppl just ask but don't actually remember. great to see him perform and hear his funny laughter again!

Kum's rare appearance also made talk more spicy! hehe.. Nit joined us slightly later so missed out our mini photo-taking. hmmm.. now i wanna visit the other Timbre @ The Substation since Feng says he prefers there. guess we'll do so after the students have finished their exams so tt San won't miss out to watch her webcasts! (^-^)/

then we proceeded to watch a midnight movie: Tony Leung's Lust, Caution. the R21 version. think the adults who had earlier watched the NC16 movie would feel cheated. the violent scenes were pretty disturbing but all in all, i felt the actors/actresses delivered quite a splendid performance. but, i just didn't like the ending. i dunno how i would have preferred it, but just didn't like how it ended.

tho it was pretty late after tt, our rumbling tummies got their desired supper! ahhh.. HapPinEss =]

with the dearest 7somez less Tze who was having her exams. but we'll be having a 2nd celebration again in Dec. of course, this time we'll have some crazy late night galivanting with SF included and Lian too, hopefully! *cross fingers*

of course, there's the much-needed updates on our lives. the juicy details, the ups and downs, the comfort, the encouragement and the support. a whole lot of opinions yet sometimes still left unspoken. realisation seeps in at the same time. i love our talks.

when it comes down to work, the All-U-Do-Is-Tick ppl seem like they are having a really tough time. endless deadlines to meet, continuous 24/7 work left unfinished. looking fwd to promotions doesn't seem like an option either since there's more to learn and more to do. i guess work appreciation and job satisfaction are the most impt to me. if this is not attained, i pray it works out overtime. job benefits are a tricky thing too. so much to consider, yet inertia keeps us staying put. ahh.. also had a chat w dearest Ling in the early hours of my morning. backpacking trips, watching plays / musicals, trading interesting good-reads, cooking dumplings! let's go girl! anticipating your return! Best of luck for your exams! *HugGieS*
