CaLm before the StoRmGood Friday was spent studying in sch w Nitz and Shoba.. but i took a looong lunch break cos i went to meet DD in town to shop for slippers and sunglasses. intro-ed him to my optician/optometrist in Suntec, whom my family has been a patron of for the past 5 yrs or so. expensive specs but lurve being their customer anyway. hehe... woohoo~ guess the price of the Oakleys they discounted us? ok, it's called whiskers (i think) and they've got the titanium one w polariod lens and another which is not. the former costs $560 and he offered us (or rather me, since i'm a regular =p) $460 and the latter costs $340 but he offered us $280!! good deal eh? considering that Oakley prices are controlled. ThaNk ME! hehe... but he's gonna consider first la, the cheaper one is more worth it but hardcore sports ppl shd take the former one for significant reasons. so peeps, if u want nice specs but abit of the high end ones, ask me! hah, i was thinking of gettin another pair of Oakleys cos i've used mine for 3 yrs! okok yes yes, the specs are working well and they still look nice but the frame's outer layer is coming off, like the black is now silver. hehe... guess after working then buy la hor? hee...
Saturday started out v early cos of a makeup tutorial in sch an 9am then followed by project meeting. then went to meet the climbing guys for lunch. thought it'd only be Feng cos supposed to buy liying's prez w him, but ended up there were a total of 6 guys! haha... but after lunch the guys split and closer to dinnertime, there was only Feng and i left. then we went to explore Central @ clarke quay. wow... that place is huge man but kinda messy in the mall... lotsa lotsa YumMy food man and the shopping looks great too! go check it out! hehe, but we ended up eating fish n chips across the road from the crowd, called Fisherman's Wharf. $6.50 only plus it's a nice place to chill considering we were there fr 8+ to 10+. haha... told him my complicated story abt the guys in my life... can be a drama!
ohoh! and SF finally booked the Taiwan trip! whee~! can't wait man... haha... tour plus extension of 2 days free n easy. sounds good! 20- 28 May. cant wait!!! oops... in the meantime, gotta focus on the upcoming exams and gotta get into the mood of mugging!
