Fave Surprise: my bday celebration! it was jaw-dropping seeing so many ppl there whom for a split second, thought it was coincidental. really, thoroughly enjoyed it! having left the team and handed over the reigns of vice-cap to San, it was truly a wonderful experience in the climbing team that has left me with a whole lot of memories and friendship to last a lifetime =] a dismal performance in my last year was indeed depressing, but really glad and appreciative to those who encouraged and supported me throughout. ThAnkS guys!
Fave Get-together: has gotta be with my primary school frenz. saw each other for the first time after 9 years last year, and we met up again this yr, our tenth year since leaving pri sch and i've known some of them since i was 6 years of age! PY instead of K2 in those times =] and the number of ppl coming together to talk, joke and laugh was simply incredible!
other than the happy stuff i've mentioned above, there's also the down side.. won't elaborate much on them since only close frenz will know.. i seek to find health and happiness in 2008, wish for health and happiness to my loved ones. for the one thing tt has eluded me all this while, i hope to make the correct decisions.
really look forward to 2008 and may the coming year be a fantastic one for me, my family, my frenz and all of u!

We caught Good Luck Chuck, a pretty dumb sex comedy. in the beginning it was funny, but as it developed, it got too predictable and a little dull. but we had a good laugh in all its silly scenes =Doh and these ppl are super duper crazy foodies! i've tried to influence them to eat healthier but to no avail! their healthiest food intake? Subway! at least there's Subway! gosh.. ppl, pls tell me if i'm getting fatter! anyway, after the movie, we ate tau huay for supper @ Geylang. yummy! Pam suggested having dinner at some well-known place in Joo Chiat selling crab! whew! luckily I stay in the east, if she had suggested somewhere ulu in the west/ north end, i'd be pretty troublesome.. but for good food, who knows? *grinz*

@ Haji Lane
Haven't been feeling like blogging these few days. perhaps just too many things on my mind and i dunno where to start. anyway, really enjoyed my block leave and i was out everyday with frenz and family. felt really relaxed and free. one of the most eventful days was when i met 3 diff groups in a day.
Quan and i went to check out Haji Lane cos we heard so much abt it but nv stepped in there before. the shops sold mostly vintage and overseas labels which were pretty costly but i managed to buy a $5 necklace which i've always wanted. Saw this Vespa in one of the shops there and scooted over to take a pic with it. really suited my outfit tt day. hehe.. back to the olden days..@ Attica, Clarke Quay
had a X'mas party there complete with 'christmas costumes' of which everyone had to dress in either red, green or pink. don't ask me why pink, perhaps cos ppl didn't have red and they thought pink was also acceptable? there were x'mas hats and reindeer hairbands, games, dancing and prizes! haha, was pretty fun and my group won a party pack which was an immensely popular prop that night =]CheeRs!
@ St James
was still game for more activity so off i went to meet sis and frenz. perhaps was feeling a little tired from being out since the day, so had a headache and couldn't really enjoy myself. but i loved the day's hustle and bustle ^-^

Tell me bedtime stories..
tell me fairytales..
sing me nursery rhymes..
sing me a lullaby..
so that i can sleep soundly
without fears, without tears..
but with a smile
lighting up the darkness.
