Eternal Love

does anything like this exist? perhaps not.. except in this picture > locked in embrace for 6000 years. the last loving look as they gaze into each other's eyes. tt slight touch of comfort tt warms the heart. amazing? hmmm... i once believed in the perfect love, something that'd last a lifetime.. words like 'forever' and 'always' would be embedded in my little sweet nothings of love for that special someone. but after a failed r/s, i'd look back and ponder, so... 'were those really just words? just reserved for tt moment only to be forgotten later on?' perhaps eh? the love tt just slowly fades away, glows dimmer and then extinguishes on its own.. so tell me, does eternal love truly exist?

Things could be Better

Studies... are killing me. i've got soooo much to catch up on, and so much left to understand and digest. it's just soo hard. nothing as straightforward, nothing as simplistic in comparison to.. ermmm.. econs was never easy in the first place.. pfft!

Climbing... is causing me much distress due to my stoopid middle fingers which hurt even while doing daily activities like cutting my nails and putting my hands in the jeans pockets.. ugh! how bad is that? i don't know.. i wanna climb badly.. looking at the walls/ the routes/ the people, just makes it O so TorTurous not for me to get up on the wall and climb.. sheesh! God please heal my fingers so that i can climb peacefully, confidently and efficiently.

Feelings... are making me troubled. (don't worry peeps, it's not about j-guy anymore cos he's outta the pic already.) i don't know what to think, i don't know what i should do, i don't know what i cannot do.however, on the contrary, i know how i feel.. he who makes my heart beat faster, he who makes me smile, he who makes me lose track of time. i'm afraid, yes, but i'm walking against the wind nonetheless.. for now..

damn... i need to get my life back on track!

Food Galore!

many thanks to the silly bum who brought me to eat such yuummmmy delectable delights~ WheEee~! gee, the beef steak and kebabs u see are from this Russian restaurant called 'Shashlik Restaurant' in Far East Shopping Centre. gosh, the beef steak is to die for! super tender *slurrrps* hmm... there was their specialty 'Borsch soup' which is great too! other than the soup, the rest of the food wasn't exactly russian. but was a great dinner anyway! oh the other 2 pics are from our supper at TCC. this was after we shopped more and not straight away (we dont have such humongous stomachs, mind u! =p ) the beef tofu is good! oh mannn... have been eating good food recently, gotta cut down...

n on Vday, had the famous cheng teng fr opp bedok camp (Nit's intro!) and then at night i brought her to eat Blk 85's ah balling! haha... good desserts man! oh so satisfying =] *wipes saliva* but one thing tt chipped the beauty n happiness of Vday was bad service at TM's Genki Sushi during lunch. ugh! dont go there... ewww... waited some half an hour for crayfish and they needed another 10min more?! hmmphf... anyway tt aside, i was blessed with great company the whole day! thankies darlings! played pepsi-cola and did some funny marital arts/ gymnastics/ breakdancing in the rock gym other than climbing in the evening-night. heee... entertaining! a nice and simple Vday w/o any disappointing or boring dates, just sweet company. *blessed*

... are just a topic we girls talk more often than not ... are fickle-minded beings even though they heave such a term on us, girls all the time. just returned not long from 'supper' w SF. hah, 'supper' with neither food nor drinks involved, just plain talk, laughter, complaints, updates. woohoo~ lurrved chilling w u babe!

ok, i've reached a conclusion. seriously serious this time, i hope =/ anyway, j-guy was a big turnoff yst. yepz, the same usual 'let-me-wait' -> 'last-min-stuff-crops-up' -> 'i-cancelled-it-for-u' -> 'expected-things-to-be-better' -> 'nothing-to-talk-abt' -> 'it's-kinda-boring' -> 'what-a-letdown-again' -> 'i-cant-believe-he-said-it'-->> let's just forget the whole thing yea? really not worth it.. BAH!

the most hated part of the date: being (kinda) told off in the car tt it's rude to sms while u're w anybody, may it be ur fren or partner. look, i only sent 6msgs during the short 4 hours we spent together (yes, i reached home at 830pm) though perhaps to him it seemed much more cos it takes time for me to think of what to send n i get distracted by other scenes, or perhaps he was suspicious of other guys gg after me. whatever he thinks, i don't care. who are u to berate me when u have major flaws of your own? if u were sooo interesting, i'd be immersed in our conversation rather than turning to my phone. or HElloOo...! u were on the phone too while i was shopping la.. ugh!*hits head*

too much of the MCP alr. like, what is wrong w a guy helping the girl to carry her bag while she walks in empty-handed into the tutorial? he said it seems like the guy is being dominated by the girl. (perhaps it's cos she seemed yaya-papaya?) Errrmmm... HElloOo...! gosh.. i dunno what to say..

Nothing Else but...

...climbing gets me more depressed than anything else.. seriously. not even matters related to the heart. a lousy day of a mere few hours in the rock gym can get me substantially demoralized and saddened.. no strength no power no endurance, wth have i been doing?! oh yeah, u think tt cos i'm injured (w fingers bent outta shape) and haven't been training much on harder tiles other than jugs, tt it's OK for me to be outta form, but jeez... i ain't accepting tt as a reason man.. esp if others can do the routes and not me?! shuckz *bite fingers* i'm afraid of throwing my face during competition and it's countdown till 23rd of MAR when Boulderactive (climbing comp) kicks in! *screams* i'll do my best ( as usual) and i hope my effort pays off! *cross fingers* cheer me on ppl!

HApPy BirTHDay!! *CheeRs and DanCe* this little girl, cute but feisty, has always been my trusted confidante =] wish we could hang out more often but cos of our personal commitments have been pretty hard to meet up. but whew! we're taking one module together this sem! gee, not tt it helps anyway cos she doesnt go lecture! wahaha, but it's still fun seeing and talking to her. lucky girl in lurrrve... sheesh! when's MY turn?!?!

7some cum PeaR family / SF's bday celeb!

woohoo~ hehe, the makings of the Pear family arose all cos it started w Tze's msn pic of the Pear w the silly grin. i'm Pear 5!celebrated shufen's bday ahead of the actual day w a yummy sumptuous international buffet in Parkmall! *slurps* yummy food, w Lian's fave fried bao and chilli crab dippings! food was quite nice except for one of the crab pincers i ate which wasn't cooked well. alright nitz, i figure i ate alot (but was balanced cos i ate salad =p) but i hope i've burned all the calories already!

next we headed down to Tze's house for more FOOD and of course, the bday cake! love the gossips, love the updates and of course, love the company! hmmm... a lot of interesting details shared tt day about our topsy-turvy lives and controversial/complex issues.. good stuff! well, Yan is missing in action again cos she's attached... boohoo~ just as i thought we'd see more of her, she's disappeared yet again... come back soon! =[ ooh, and we played 'the Game of Life' (is tt what it's called?) and i won with the highest amount of assets and cash! hopefully this coincides with my future too? wahaha...

ASEAN Cup > Singapore Champions!

went for the semi-finals b/w Sg & M'sia then went for the first leg of the finals b/w Sg & Thailand. boy, was the atmosphere superb, crowd great and some crazy scenarios that made the fans go cra-zee! worth the time and money! WooOHooO~! ole ole ole ole.. some snapshots of the semis..

oh, and the last goal scored against the Thais during the finals was waaay good man! was screaming and dancing around the living room with my family! hehe.. yoohoo~ a great end to the night! defending champions once again!
